Looks like the real thing eh?
At the invitation of HTC upcoming new launch,I checked in to "HTC-1 2012 Airplane", happening at Marina Bay Sands this morning at 10am.
Specially themed like an aircraft, seats are attached with headrest covers.
With kind flight attendants attending to you.
And we are off...
Introduction and opinions view from users.
Introducing the "Captain" Melvin Chua
Country Sales Manager,HTC, Singapore
(He shares the advantage of having HTC One X and also...The limitations of the phone, probably one of the honest Sales Manager that I have met sharing his experience using the phone.)
Apart from the introduction, he dropped his phone as part of the demonstration, and even threw his phone offstage, but the phone's still intact!
Here are some latest functions that HTC has to offer.
All it takes is 0.7 seconds to set the camera up,and up to up to 99 continuous shots at 4 frames per sec.
With Image Sense, the camera detects and ensure that you will get your photos well shot.
Even in Low Light Situation.
Even backlight situations, where you are prone to get Overexposed shot.
So...When you have the photos taken, where to store?
No worries, HTC has a tie up collaboration with Dropbox, where every phone purchase, they will offer 25 GB to you(users) for free, for 2 YEARS!
For Media Link, probably the first from the smartphones.
ONLY on HTC One X,with the attachment of Wireless Link on the TV,you can share gallery pictures, songs and even games application with a swipe of 3 fingers!
He mentioned that both HTC ONE X and ONE V will be released on April 2nd, this coming Monday.
Retail Prices are at SGD 898 and 398 respectively (without telco Contract)
End of Presentation...Welcome to HTC World!
Walk across the stage and experience it on your own.
Tumbling drum to prove that no matter how hard it move, the glass can't be scratched.
All thanks to the Gorilla Glass in HTC One X.Sweating heavily? No sweat!
Micro filter on the speaker blocks out the sweat, ensuring your conversation with the other party to be in crisp clear condition at all times.Even at 38N pressure, the phone case is bent to this level,it will not break apart.
All thanks to the use of Polycarbonate on the body,to be shock proof from drops.Experiment Test: The bar is the best place to shoot images with the HTC One X.
Especially recording and taking photos at the same time, when you have a freestyle bartender strutting his style on the bar.
(I tried...and surprisingly shot the most "Gu Niang"'s photo by the bartender.)Here's me signing off...indeed it's much better than the most leading smartphone.
As Recommended by Yours Truly!(With 2 "flight attendants")
Melvin answering further questions by other visitors.
It's a great experience having a morning playing with the phone at their roadshow...
(Perhaps it's time...for me to convert!)
Thanks HTC for the invitation for the exclusive closed door invitation.
